1Product introduction

3、Main technical parameters

1)Instrument composition: fire test furnace, gas flow measurement system, temperature measurement system and pressure measurement and control system.

2)Fireproof test furnace: it is a vertical test furnace with an internal dimension of 3M(long)x3M(deep) x1.25m (high).

3)Furnace structure; The steel structure frame is adopted, and the furnace wall is built with firebrick in the middle of the steel structure frame, and the interior of the furnace wall is made of heat-resistant insulating material with a density greater than 1000kg/M3. The outside of the furnace is wrapped with color steel, the thickness of the furnace lining material is 50mm, and the temperature in the furnace is tested to 1250℃. The furnace is produced, installed and tested in our factory.

4)Burner: 10 high-speed burner are embedded in the furnace wall on both sides, 5 on each side. Provides the heat needed to heat up the furnace.

5)gas and air line: 5.1 by electric actuator, butterfly, air-fuel ratio valve, relief valve, manual butterfly valve, ignition controller, pressure switch, gas overpressure relief pipe valve, gasifier, gas gas-liquid separator, pressure reducing valve, liquid phase switch valve, gas pressure gauge, low pressure table, ball valve, fuel gas leakage alarm, stainless steel hose, high pressure hose, etc.

6)Flue gas collection:

6-1 a conical smoke collecting tower is installed on the top of the furnace to collect the smoke leaked during the sample test before the furnace.

6-2 fan power: 3kw, it is a powerful smoking fan.

6-3 flue gas collecting pipe: a pipe with a diameter of 300mm is adopted to directly connect to the pressure release system.

6-4 tapered collecting tower: 2.0mm thick, USU304 stainless steel plate.

7)Release of pressure:

7-1 two smoke holes are arranged on the rear side of the furnace body wall, which are connected to the rear flue to discharge the flue gas in the furnace body to control the pressure.

7-2 pressure release pipeline: the part in the furnace adopts a high-temperature diameter of 300mm, USU310S stainless steel tube, which can withstand high temperature of 1300℃, and has a manual valve style for cooling. Outside the furnace, the welded pipe with a wall thickness of 5mm is used. Inside, there are 14 water spray heads for water vapor cooling.

7-3 pressure release power: AC380, 15kw high-temperature high-pressure fan.

7-4 cooling mode: adopt two synchronous cooling modes: air cooling and water vapor cooling. Cooling line about 3m, cooling effect is very good.

8)Pressure measurement in the furnace:

8-1 pressure measurement in the furnace: t-shaped measuring probe, measuring accuracy ±2pa. There are three. It conforms to GB/ t9978.1-2008 standard.

8-2 pressure in the furnace shall be recorded at intervals of 1 min, and the accuracy of the recording equipment shall be 1 s. Data is collected for 3 times per second.

8-3 t-shaped measuring probe: USU310S stainless steel tube with high temperature resistance is adopted to pass through the wall of the furnace and reach the outside of the furnace. The pressure inside and outside the furnace is kept at the same level. ^

8-4 pressure transmitter: American alpha high-precision pressure sensor, three in total. One is placed within 100 mm of the theoretical floor, one is placed within 100 mm of the height of the door or shutter at two thirds of the height, and one is placed within 100 mm of the top of the door or shutter. The measured pressure value was the step pressure value, and the top pressure value was 15pa±5pa within 5 minutes at the beginning of the test, and 17pa±3pa after 10 minutes.

9)Fire observation hole: a fire observation hole is arranged in the rear side wall of the furnace body to observe the fire surface and flame of the specimen during the test.

10)Temperature measurement system:

10-1 thermocouple in furnace: k-type nickel-chrome-nickel-silicon thermocouple with a wire diameter of 2.0mm in accordance with GB/T 16839.1 shall be used in the furnace. The outer cover is made of heat-resistant stainless steel sleeve, and the middle is filled with heat-resistant material. The length of the hot end protruding from the sleeve shall be no less than 25MM, a total of 8, and the temperature accuracy shall be less than ±15℃.

10-2 back fire surface temperature measurement: a thermocouple with a diameter of 0.5mm shall be used and welded on a round copper sheet with a thickness of 0.2mm and a diameter of 12MM, in accordance with GB/T16839.1, the thermocouple shall be covered with asbestos liner with a thickness of 2.0mm and a length and width of 30MM. A total of 30.

10-2-1 average temperature measurement: 8 thermocouples, applicable to GB/ t7633-2008 and GB/ t17428-2009.

10-2-2 measurement of maximum temperature: the thermocouple is the measurement of 20 double doors with moulded lintel with cover up to the maximum door width of 1200mm.

10-3 ambient temperature measurement: adopt the armored thermocouple with diameter of 3.0mm, in accordance with GB/T16839.1, large-size nickel-chrome-nickel-silicon k-type thermocouple.

10-4 mobile temperature measurement: hand-held infrared measuring instrument is adopted.

11)Heat flux measurement

11-1 measuring range: 0kW/m2 ~ 50kw /m2;

11-2 accuracy: 5% of the maximum range;

11-3 time constant (the time to reach the target value of 64%) : <10s;

11-4 perspective: 180°±5°

12)Loading device: cart, 3.5m high and 4.0m wide, with four ground wheels designed for the car body, a total of 1 set.

13)Computer control system:

13-1 MCGS configuration software and PLC program of embedded ipc are adopted. Including: main control interface, furnace temperature curve interface, pressure display, specimen temperature interface, historical record interface and parameter determination interface.

13-2 test records (3 seconds/time) are stored according to the serial number and can be inquired at any time; You can view the printing effect of the test report in real time by clicking the start, calculation and save buttons. It is easy to use.

13-3 at the same time, data retrieval function is added, which can load the previous experimental data for new calculation and form a report.

14)Flue gas purification system: exhaust gas discharged from the furnace will be purified to a pollution-free state.
