3Main technical parameters

1)Furnace structure: steel structure frame is adopted. The thickness of firebrick in the middle of the steel structure frame is ≥23cm. The test temperature in the furnace can be up to 1250℃.

2)Size in the furnace: not less than: length 4.5m× width 3.0m× depth 1.7m; All around the perimeter of the skywalk auxiliary facilities and air supply, exhaust smoke treatment device.

3)mobile thermocouple: infrared thermometer measurement.

4)Internal thermocouple: the thermocouple shall be at least 8, suitable for measuring the internal temperature of the ventilation duct.

5)Ambient temperature measurement: adopt armored thermocouple with diameter of 3.0mm, and the thermocouple conforms to GB/T16839.1 standard;

6)Burner: there are at least 12 burners embedded in the walls of the furnace on both sides to provide the heat needed for heating in the furnace; The burner USES an electronic igniter, and the burner nozzle is equipped with an air and gas proportional control valve.

7)The combustion control form is to independently control the ignition of each burner and the on-off and combustion ratio of the main burner; At the same time, the ignition circuit and main combustion circuit of four burners can be controlled centrally.

8)Smoke extraction: three smoke extraction holes are installed on the rear wall of the furnace body, which are connected to the back flue to discharge the smoke inside the furnace body and control the pressure. The supply air and exhaust air in the furnace, as well as the leakage gas measurement and intake air are controlled by domestic famous frequency converter, and the air volume is automatically controlled by the program to meet the requirements of combustion, pressure and smoke exhaust.

9)Fire observation hole: two fire observation holes are set in the rear side wall of the furnace body to observe the fire surface and flame of the specimen during the test. With the real-time monitoring of the camera device, the test furnace can be observed from all angles. The camera set up in the observation port is convenient for the observation of the experimental furnace from ignition to combustion, and it can be automatically recorded and stored in the computer for viewing at any time.

10)Loading conditions: use pressure sensor to measure.

11)Measurement of deformation: electronic deformation measuring device is adopted. The measurement and control system monitors the ultimate bending deformation amount and ultimate bending deformation rate of the bending member, as well as the limit, axial compression deformation amount and ultimate axial compression deformation rate of the bearing wall.

12)Loading device: during the test, place the specimen on the specimen platform with electric hoist and fix it, then start the test.

13)Electrical control: module computer acquisition, data acquisition, data board card; The MCGS configuration software and PLC program of embedded ipc are adopted. Including: main control interface, furnace temperature curve interface, specimen temperature interface, back fire temperature rise interface, historical record interface and parameter determination interface.

14)furnace thermocouple: wire diameter is 2.0 mm of K type thermocouple, nickel chrome - nickel silicon cover heat-resisting stainless steel casing, fill in refractory material, intermediate temperature accuracy is better than that of plus or minus 15 ℃, the diameter of 0.75 mm to 2.3 mm nickel chrome - nickel silicon (K type thermocouple, the hot end stretched out the length of the casing not less than 25 mm, a total of 5 pieces to the hot end of the thermocouple shall ensure that has more than 50 mm for a period of a isothermal region. At least 12 igniters shall be used in the furnace.

15)Temperature measurement points in the furnace: not less than one temperature measurement point per 1.5 square meters, and the total number shall not be less than 4.

16)The temperature measurement accuracy of the backfire surface of the specimens was better than ±4℃, and the thermocouple diameter was 0.5mm, totaling 20 pieces.

17)Temperature measuring points of the back fire of the specimen: 10 points, which can be set.

18)Average temperature measurement: 8 thermocouples.

19)Measurement of maximum temperature: the thermocouple is 20, which can include the measurement of double doors with moulded lintel covering to the width of the maximum doors of 1200mm.

20)Automatic proportional control valve is adopted to control the flow of gas and mixed gas.

26)The furnace pressure measurement system is a t-shaped measuring probe. The pressure in the furnace is controlled by controlling the frequency converter and adjusting the air volume with the flue gate. The accuracy is better than: ±2Pa, with 6 measuring points.

27)The pressure gradient value per meter along the height of the furnace is 8Pa. The pressure in the furnace should be measured and recorded, ≤5min once, and the change of pressure in the furnace can be controlled, so that the pressure value after ≤5min at the beginning of the test is better than (15±5) Pa, and the pressure value after 10min is better than (17±3) Pa.

1. The total usable area of the test furnace, control room, gas chamber and sample preparation part is more than 275 square meters, with a length of 15000mm× width of 12000 mm× height ≥ 8500mm. The hoisting height of 5 tons is guaranteed.

2. The laboratory shall have its own water source, with a daily water supply of about 2 tons;
