Product overview
This laboratory is mainly designed for testing the performance of fan coil unit and heat recovery fresh air unit. The laboratory is mainly composed of environment room, control room and outdoor refrigeration unit. The environment chamber mainly places the working condition regulating unit, air volume measuring device, air sampling device, etc. The control room is mainly equipped with electronic control cabinets, monitoring computers, regulated power supplies and other equipment.
A double environment chamber is used to simulate the working conditions of the inside and outside of the chamber respectively. The air enthalpy difference method and water calorimeter method can be used to accurately measure the performance of the tested unit. Equipment start and stop, working condition adjustment, data collection and calculation, original records and the generation of test reports are all completed in the monitoring computer.

1. Test project:
(1) Heat recovery fresh air unit: air volume, static pressure loss, outlet total pressure, input power, unit energy efficiency coefficient, unit exchange efficiency, unit energy recovery ratio, internal air leakage rate, external air leakage rate, net fresh air volume, net fresh air rate of supply air.

(2) Fan coil unit: start-up and operation, air volume, input power, cooling capacity, heating capacity, water flow and water resistance, cooling energy efficiency coefficient; Heating energy efficiency coefficient.

This experimental system is fully customized in accordance with national standards, and fully combines the characteristics of two national standards GB/T 19232-2019 "Fan coil unit" and GB/T 21087-2020 "Heat recovery fresh air Unit". The team has extensive experience in standard testing methods and testing practices.

1. Convenient test operation
(1) A detachable movable plate test window is set on the two environmental separation walls to facilitate the connection between the tested unit and the measuring device outside the room;
(2) 600mm×1800mm small doors are set on the two environmental separation walls to facilitate the experimenters to enter and exit between the two environments;
(3) The test room is equipped with an automatic water refill device. When the water level in the sampling box is insufficient, the water in the storage box will be automatically replenished to the sampling box.

2. Strong test reliability
(1) Automatic temperature and humidity control is adopted to ensure that the temperature in the two environmental chambers is always maintained at the set value to ensure the reliability of the test data;
(2) The air handling system is equipped with interlock function and over-temperature protection function, the humidifier and water tank are equipped with water shortage protection function, and the entire system of the laboratory is equipped with emergency stop switch, which can shut down the power supply of all equipment with one key in case of emergencies to ensure the safety and reliability of the test operation.

3, the specimen installation is convenient
A movable lifting platform device is arranged in the environment room to place the specimen, the height of the device is adjustable, and the position can be moved arbitrarily, so as to facilitate the connection between the specimen and the measuring device.

4. Place samples and materials neatly
Sample shelving area is set up next to the laboratory, which is divided into sample area to be tested, test completion area and retest sample area. Set up auxiliary materials shelving rack, place commonly used test tools, accessories and other auxiliary materials.
